I don't know if I agree some given real-life scenarios, for example, let's say you have a popular blog, and a big site, like HuffPost would like to cross post - then it only is smart to let them, as well as to keep the original full entry on your blog as well. Scrapers already aggregate your content and repurpose it a million ways, you should be able to cross post yourself.

Thanks! Really useful. For anyone else doing this, the program Max from http://sbooth.org/Max/ can convert them to MP3 just fine, though the interface can be a bit obtuse.

When I open up the choices on iPhone Backup Extractor, the only choice I have to extract to is a file called: iOS Files Can I use this one to extract my VMs??? Thanks

Same question as carol..I ended up running the extractor and only see all the photos from my phone
